The authentic taste of tradition…
on an industrial scale

Every day we work to deserve your trust
Tradition, control, reliability
It all started in a home kitchen, when the mother of the current owner kneaded biscuits and taralli by hand, following ancient, simple and genuine recipes.
That passion, carefully handed down, has become over time a solid and well-organized business, capable of maintaining the values of tradition even in large-scale production.
Today, Panificio e Biscottificio San Manno is a point of reference for professional distribution: we supply retailers, food chains and wholesalers in Italy and abroad, with a reliable, consistent and high-quality product.

The Ethics that Guides Our Every Choice
Tradition, territory and identity of the true Made in Italy
At the heart of our work is a daily commitment that goes beyond simple food production: carrying on a tradition, safeguarding its authenticity and transmitting its value. Biscottificio San Manno was born with the intent of preserving and spreading the flavors of the past, linked to a cultural context deeply rooted in the territory of Sannio and in the broader identity of Made in Italy.
We believe in a production that respects the genuineness of the ingredients, the simplicity of the artisanal processes and above all the relationship of trust with those who choose our products.
Every biscuit, every tarallo, every specialty is born from a knowledge that cannot be improvised, but is passed down, refined and honored with consistency.
Our corporate ethics are made of transparency, attention and responsibility. We do not follow market trends: we cultivate roots, with the pride of representing a food and cultural heritage that speaks Italian, in the world.
