Panificio e Biscottificio San Manno was founded in San Salvatore Telesino, in the province of Benevento, and has been operating in the bakery sector for over 30 years. We are a family-run business with a strong professional vocation: we produce taralli, tarallini, braids and salty sticks combining artisan tradition, consolidated techniques and constant quality control.

We do not work with private individuals. Our products are designed exclusively for bakeries, biscuit factories, bars, wine shops, restaurants and large-scale retail chains. We distribute efficiently in Campania, Molise, Lazio, Lombardy and collaborate with foreign partners in Europe and Asia.

Every day we work to deserve trust

Each of our products is made from selected raw materials and carefully monitored at every stage, from the oven to logistics. We directly control all production activities and rely on a supply chain that has been tested over time. Our management system is UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified, a guarantee of consistency, reliability and continuous improvement. We have also started the process for UNI EN ISO 22000:2018 certification, dedicated to food safety.

We have a widespread presence throughout Italy, with a particular concentration in Campania, Lazio and Lombardy. We also serve customers abroad, in Europe and Asia.
