The San Manno Bakery and Biscuit Factory was founded in San Salvatore Telesino, in the province of Benevento, and has been in the baking industry for over 30 years. We are a family-run business with a strong professional focus: we produce taralli, tarallini, braided biscuits, and savory sticks, combining artisanal tradition, proven techniques, and constant quality control.
We don't work with private individuals. Our products are designed exclusively for bakeries, biscuit shops, bars, wine shops, restaurants, and large-scale retail chains. We distribute efficiently in Campania, Molise, Lazio, and Lombardy, and we collaborate with international partners in Europe and Asia.

Each of our products is made from carefully selected raw materials and meticulously monitored at every stage, from the oven to logistics. We directly control all production activities and rely on a proven supplier chain. Our management system is UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified, a guarantee of consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement. We have also begun the process of obtaining UNI EN ISO 22000:2018 certification, dedicated to food safety.
