Our production is spread over an area of about 1000 square meters, with a structure organized to respond to the needs of professional customers in a timely and continuous manner. While avoiding direct exposure of the machines, each phase of the production cycle is managed with industrial criteria but inspired by artisan tradition. The original recipes remain the heart of the process, but are supported by technologies and a lean, efficient and flexible organization, designed to ensure regular supplies even on a large scale.
